Pick Up/Drop Off
Arrival: The Montessori environment is designed to assist children in becoming independent learners. This independence begins with the arrival at school. We encourage our students to enter the school building with limited parent assistance. This looks like a quick goodbye at the pod entrance or in the car line. Students should have all that they need for the day including coats, backpacks and lunch boxes. School doors open at 7:20.
Dismissal: The school bell rings at 2:35. For safety our classes will dismiss at different times. Please wait outside at the assigned door for your student(s). For families with many students, we will dismiss at the door of the youngest child. Example: a family has 3 students (k, 2nd and 5th). This family would pick at the early childhood wing. Please park in the designated parking spots when you arrive. Do not park in the pick up lines.
