Kim Williams has been selected as the 2024-2025 Emerson Elementary Teacher of the Year!
Kim is a lower elementary teacher in the Montessori program at Emerson. One of her nominators said:
"Ms. Williams is sure to make every student feel appreciated, valued, and heard. She goes above and beyond to work with students who need specialized care for varying reasons. I have volunteered in her class many times over the last 3 years and I have witnessed her kindness and attentiveness every single time. I've watched new students come in and absolutely thrive compared to their situations at the beginning of the school year. I wish there were so many more teachers like Ms. Williams."
