Faydra Graham has been selected the 2022-2023 Emerson Elementary Support Employee of the Year!
This is Faydra's third year at Emerson Elementary where she serves as the parent involvement facilitator.
"My responsibilities include assisting families, teachers, and administrators in supporting student achievement and community engagement," she said. "I wanted to work in education because I wanted to make an impact in students’ lives and to give back to the community."
Faydra said her favorite part of her job is building relationships with students and her team.
One of her nominators said: "Mrs. Graham is always quick to help a student and parents out at any given moment. She always has an open line for communication and concerns. I feel so good knowing that my children have someone they can talk to or voice their concerns too."
